DDR3 Prices

IS it me or has the price of DDR3 memory skyrocketed since I last checked. http://www4.hardwareversand.de/articledetail.jsp?aid=27628&agid=891 Used this kit not be in the region of 65-70 Euro a few weeks ago and is now 101Euro? WTF is going on?

Its been doing that zig-zag business for close to a year now :pac: One minute its €100+, the next it goes down to €65-75. Then back up. Guessing it must be in response to the supply of high-binned double-density DDR3 ICs - that stuff runs at CL7 at voltages of 1.65-1.8V!
