Lawn Turning Brown

Hi, My lawn of approx 3yrs has developed alot of brown spots over the last 4 weeks. There is also a few small type of mushroom growing in it. I fed it twice over summer and it was going really well. What could be wrong?? Thanks!

The lawn feed could be the probelm - I don't think you're supposed to feed your lawn in the summer.
