Banking 365 online help

    I am starting to really hate Bank of Ireland :mad:

    When I go to login to Banking 365 online it asks for a 6 digit user ID, is this a number on my card or where can I find it? if anyone knows I'd really appreciate the help.

    You have to regsiter for online banking.
    2 letter are then sent out- 1 with the id and the other with the pin.

    they send it to you in the post same as ur pin.

    if u didnt receive it just ring 1850 365 365 i ring them every week for something or other... der friendly too- have to be, d calls are recorded :D
