Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Fiat Punto to a Peugeot 206

    Hey!!

    So I got a fiat punto currently 00, and suffice to say I am not best pleased with her. She goes dead for no reason while trying to start her and if I lock the steering to the left my power steering goes, and it doesn't just go either it swings the wheel to the right with a jerk. this happened one time when i was going around a turn which ended up with me being on the other side of the road :( Lucky no other car was around.

    Anywho im gonna buy a 206 but I have heard horror stories about these also. But anything has got to be better than what I drive at the moment right? Also im a new-ish driver and I want to get the 1.4 206 as opposed to the 1.1 as my fiat is 1.2. Is there much difference between the 1.4 and the 1.1 version?

    ye 1.4 is better than 1.1, quicker acceleration and speed so go for this!!! also i noticed (as an ex owner of a 206), insurance companies dont charge anything different between a 1.1 and 1.4.... so ther you are!!!!!!!!!!

    How about a fiesta or a focus? Much better cars than the likes of the 206 imo. If you're willing to go for a 1.4 i'd be looking at a focus.

    O i dunno I think ive my heart set on a 206 for some reason but saying that my heart was set on a golf but for some reason i went right off them
