    Hi,

    Does anyone now anything about Magnet, are they any good? The sales people are, just wondering if the service is or if you have a problem do they actually help?

    Work uses magnet for some of it's broadband connections and we haven't any any problems with them.

    There's a magnet forum on boards.ie if you want a good look at how they handle customers (at least the ones that post on the board :) )
