Tesco have increased their range of oriental ingredients of late, I knew they always had a decent range but was very pleasantly surprised. Any decent green grocer will have lemon grass. Where are you based?

Asian shop at tram stop on jervis street, the oriental emporium on georges street or the Asian market on drury street will have all these ingredients.

+1 on this place. I get all my stuff in here

OP, you say your in West Dublin, I believe there is a Asian market in Lucan but i've never been so I cant comment on it. Its over the river in behind liffey valey interiors beside a garage ( i think those details are correct )

I managed to get a packet of Tamarind pulp in Tesco recently. They sometimes have it in paste form as well ("Bart" brand).
Supervalu sometimes does fresh lemongrass (larger stores only), although must use straight away. As a longer-lasting alternative I buy it in paste form, again from Tesco, Gourmet Garden brand (near the coleslaw and hummus).

Not sure about the other ingredients!
