Thanks for the feedback dudes (you know who you are). Just to clarify: "No" wasn't meant to mean "I don't like folks with less cash." Back home half my homeboys are twice as rich as me, and the other half are stocking shelves at night. We all get on grand.

I'm just not fond of living near the mal-socialized Bucked-out retards that seem to be unique to these lovely islands.

Anyway, this area seems to be a confused mix of yes, no and maybe(?).

    Discuss/thanks...

Hiya, sorry, a bit confused..are you looking for a yes/no/maybe on each of the numbers?

Also, are you basing yes/no/maybes on house prices? If so - your last map was a bit off. Some of the roughest spots at night are city centre and they also have a high sq footage cost. Also some pretty pricey pads in Rahoon (a no I think) and Tonabrucky (sp?) (a bog!).

Claddagh (which I love) has some very poor folk who are a little excessively fond of the buckie (not meaning in moderation of course!!) living right alongside some rich retirees...you get my drift.

'Rough' areas are a different thing. They'd put the whole of town at a maybe at best, and a lot of the nos as maybes!

Did you used to have a different posting name? ;)

Not to worry, son. I don't wear a fitted ball cap at a tilt and I don't have Boston tattooed accross my ass. It's just that this is the internet and this is a ridiculous thread so...

@inisboffin: I put the numbers in because I don't actually know the names of the places.

Oh, I dunno... ignorance... renting from afar. That sort of thing. Whatever happened to 1 bedroom apartments? Say one existed in salthill. What do you reckon it would be worth these days?

This thread has jumped the shark. You should have left it alone with your crayon map.

Are you actually going to moving to Galway or something? If not this is just plain strange.

This may be of some interest for you.

I liked the first one better and although it was a good idea with numbers and discussion about various areas this thread didn't deliver whatsoever.
    Zeek infracted for insult
