Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can anyone suggest what the best system for me would be.

    requirements:
    1) Sony
    2) 5.1
    3) 1080p upscaling
    4) 1000W

(I have a bluray player already)

i'm massively confused looking around different sites, and some models that need my spec, aren't available

    HELP

    1) Why limit yourself to one brand- it is a perfectly acceptable brand but outline more - is it style, loyalty, a particular feature you have seen/heard advertised.
    2) this is a given unless you want 2.0.
    3) A BRP will (should) already upscale DVD's to 1080p or do you mean that you want to upscale other sources to 1080p?
    4) 1000w of what? total speaker output? this figure is meaningless - I could give you a 1000w sub and 3 pairs of headphones if you want.

Can you please post back with what you are actually looking to do -
    1) have you a TV already
    2) what other sources (CD, Computer, NAS ...) do you have
    3) what is your budget
