Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Why didn't you own up to your social responsibilities and call a spade a spade? Beef or Salmon??! Pfffffft! You mean Cow or Fish don't you?!

    So, Cow. That's my answer.

(Not that I don't also eat fish, mind.)

Now, let's get to the REAL questions, Carrot or Turnip?

You probably wash it down with white wine or a fruit-based drink.

    Fine fillet of steak FTW.

Should be Chicken or Steak, or my dream meal a combo of both!! Feck the veggies. They can enjoy soup, potatoes & veg and dessert plus get a bonus bread roll for not eating meat. That should keep them happy.

    Define "Salmon"...?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,789 ✭✭✭✭ScumLord

I don't know, it's hard to get good of either these days they just serve you up the cheapest shite they can find. Usually you get this choice at a wedding and you can guarantee both are of the muck variety so I'd say take a serving of both. If they try to tell you you can't have both jsut start crying, there's nothing like the sight of a 29 year old man to crumble even the cruellest heart.

You will need to be a 29 year old man to have this work.

    pork wins hands down
although a medium rare steak with the slightest hint of pinkness, and cuts like a hot knife through butter and then melts in your mouth is absolutely fantastic...
maybe pork isnt the best im torn between the two

    LOL

Proper Kiilybegs caught fresh Salmon, No contest. You have to gut it and fillet it yourself.

In a restaurant, Beef. Nice Fillet Steak preferably.

At home, try a Striploin. Perfect mix between a Sirloin and a Fillet. Not too soft, not too Sinewy!

    Fish is nasty.

    Beef is pretty yummy.

Pork is where it's at though.

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

Whenever I'm ever at these beef/salmon events I say I'm a vegetarian and the veggie option is usually a million times nicer.

What was his beef with salmon? Sure didn't it give him all that knowledge?

actually i think it was his teacher who hated the salmon because he could never catch it. the day he caught it he gave it to fionn to bring home and cook for him. and then fionn burnt his finger and sucked it giving himself night vision and the ability to run faster than the cork to dublin train
