Today, just now it has taken me around half an hour to download an 11MB file. So I went onto speedtest.net and it confirms that my current d/l speed is 0.25mb

Are any other BT Broadband customers experiencing this today??

.25mb is a quarter of a megabit, or 256 bits. If we divide that by 8 to try and get a kb figure we get 32. So you are either getting 32KB or 32B depending on what you meant by .25mb.

Can you post the speedtest.net results in KB?

Okay it has actually gone up from 0.25Mb/s to 1.33Mb/s. However it's normally around the 2.5Mb/s mark...

    Update:

Power cycled the modem. My previous address range was in the 194.125.x.x

I'm now in the 78.16.x.x range, and its alot better, as in I'm now correctly reported at just under 3mb
