    Is it released, for sale yet? Its not on Amazon but I heard an ad for Harvey Norman giving it free with new PCs
    . Any details? Anyone used it? What do you think?

    It's not released until 22nd of October. If you buy any pc or laptop with windows vista home premium or above then when windows 7 is released you'll get a free upgrade copy. You'll have to pay for postage though.

    you can still d/l it on beta from MS I think. Its a lovely product. a bit like Vista fixed.

    nope. downloads ceased on the 20th. you can still get a key issued though, I think.

    Harvey norman aren't giving it free with new pc's btw,It's a mandatory process that all new pc's being sold with Vista can be upgrade free of charge to windows 7!

    I've used it,It's great...Nice and quick looks good too,Will definitely be upgrading to it at some points
