Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Terminal Services Error

Folks, Im getting a Terminal Services Error when trying to log into a Citrix server. It says that Im not a member of the Remote Users Group, but Im using the Administrator login. Any idea how I can sort this?

The AD admin need to make you a member of the remote users group.

Edit. I'm presuming you are in an office environment and logging onto a domain??
