Just tried this very tasty, a variation of a recipe in a book.

I was wondering is this loaded with calories? I don't think I would
eat the whole thing. but I could use it to snack on?

    2 cups of rolled oats.
Green & Black's 3-4 tablespoons add milk heat and mix.
2 teaspoons of natural peanut butter

just add everything to a bowl. put in microwave for a couple of mins
and then mix again. and serve.

    Sorry OP I haven't a clue.

    Green & Black's 'what'?
    How much milk?
What is it that you are making - peanuty porridge?

Green and Blacks , I assume that's the organic drinking choc.

Peanut butter , milk and drinking choc, thats going to have some calories for sure !

    I'd say it's green & Blacks cocoa.

How are we supposed to know? You have the ingredients in front of you. Just work out the calorie content from the information on the packets.
