Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all
I have the following equipment that I'm willing to donate to a any photo club- have e-mailed some clubs but either got a no or no reply-
I do feel that doing a manual (hand made) print can help you a lot in understanding photography but it's only an opinion.
Anyway, if any club out there could use the following, I'm happy to donate it all, but would hate to see 35mm processing as a 'dying' art, and would certainly hate to cast all of the following on the scrap heap but just don't have the room for it now.

Durst B30 B/w enlarger with filters
    A few Patterson chemical trays
    35 mm developing tank
    Bulk film holder

That's it I think- it's all about 26 years old but in great nick as hasn't been used in years.
Feel free to expand the thread to discuss the 'dying art' of developing B/W prints and does it have any meaning (subject to mod approval of course) ;)

Im trying to set up my own at the moment for the camera club in work.
Any chance I could have them if all else fails?

    Thanks

I still develop and print all my own stuff in a darkroom, don't need any of the darkroom gear got 2 enlargers as it is!

but I'd love to get the bulk film loader. I do know of a Gallery in Waterford who was looking for an enlarger to teach classes. The B30 is a small scale version with light fall off issues but if you were donating she might be interested.

pm me when you get a chance.

    Anthony

    Thanks both of you.
Simplicus, the loader is a telesar computerised bulk film loader (circa 1983) - (just googled it tonight- can't believe I found something on it- saw one the exact same on e-bay for £12.50- even the box is the same)

it's yours if would make use of it- just PM me.

Tallon- if the club is a realistic prospect and will go ahead, happy to donate the rest, just PM me - otherwise, if this place in Waterford is interested Simplicus, then let me know.

After that, if anyone viewing in the coming weeks, if equipment is still with me at that point, happy to donate.
