What's up with the vodafone website

Hi all, not sure if I'm posting in the right forum.. but what's up with Vodafone's website. For the last couple of weeks its been a nightmare. Can't log on to send webtext or topup my account. When I finally do manage to log on the pages are slow to load and more often than not timeout. It's an absolute joke.

My sister mentioned it ran a little slow sometimes, but she put it down to running Facebook applications in the background. So I don't know what is going on.
