    Anyone use this stuff. Its been recommended to me a few times. Does it have any negative effect on the engine?

    Is it an octane booster or fuel system cleaner? I can't comment on the octane booster additives but highly recommend the fuel system cleaners - helps clean carbon deposits on the intake system.
