funding for Irish students attending northern institutions?

    Right, its getting a bit serious now, as I am really thinking of going to Queens, it has a fantastic reputation for Electronic Engineering and a huge research base.

    I think the HEA grant will cover the tuition fees [I hope]. I got the HEA for my BEng so i should be ok to get it again.

    What other assistance [if any] is out there? things like accommodation etc.

    We have a student assistant fund in Ireland, do northern institutes have a similar scheme?
