PDA with large screen

Hi All Can anyone recomend a PDA with a large screen and durable. Screen needs to be about width2.3 inches length 3 inches. Needs to have GPRS, WIFI, Windows mobile 6.0 or higher. Currently using IP&q's but they're making them smaller not bigger! Many Thanks for any help. LJ.
