Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Wasnt sure if this is the right forum, but figured it's fashion related. I think I may be paranoid here, but is it wierd for a bloke to work as stockroom assistant in a ladies shop? Its just that I was handing out a few cv's for said position in women's shops, and I got a few funny looks, and come to think about it, I don't know any lads who work in the stockroom in womens shops.

    What do you think?

A Job's a job. I wouldn't see any difficulty tbh. It'd be different if you were working in the fitting room or something.

Nah I don't think so. Maybe if you were a stockroom assistant in the likes of La Senza, if you were out on the floor at all some people might not want to approach you but anywhere else is fair game.

Last place I worked we had all but one male stockroom people, in my current job just have the one guy. Nothing weird about that! Only as another poster said if you were working with knickers :)

I've worked on the floor and in the stockroom in a clothes shop - womens, kids and mens. The only department I was never on the floor in was mens actually!
