This is a bit gross but I figured it's kind of a fashion question. Is there anything you can do to stop shoes/tights/feet getting smelly?

Now I have no problem with my feet at all and I am clean!!! and whenever I wear socks with runners or flats there's no issue. I just find that when I wear tights it's like there's nowhere for the sweat to go? Apart from wearing clean tights everyday is there anything else I can do to keep shoes and feet fresh?

There are foot sprays available which are quite good and are available in most supermarkets.

You could try insoles for your shoes and change them regularly

You could also put some talcum powder in the feet of your tights.

    This worked for me ...

Go to the chemist and get a bottle of methylated spirits. Lightly apply some with your fingers or a small brush all over your feet and allow to dry. Repeat this for a week and your foot odour problems should be a thing of the past.
