Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Christmas in Thailand or OZ

    Hi,
    Headin travelling in couple weeks with GF and few friends. We're doin the Trans-Sib from moscow - Beijing, then down thru china and SE Asia. approx 4 months...

    My question is do we stay around Thailand for Christmas and New Years or Spend it in Oz??
    We're planing on staying in OZ for a year+ so its the decision do we do christmas & new years in Thailand this year and have christmas in Oz next year when we know a load of people...or do it this year...and know feck all people there.....

    What have people done?

    I'm in Oz at the moment and i'm currently making plans to hit Thailand for xmas/new years... If i stayed in Oz i would probably hit sydney for new years but i reckon the money i'd spend on accom. & drink there i'd be better of heading to thailand.

    If you have a year in Oz and 4 months in China & SEA (includes trans-siberian?) i'd stay in thailand.The full moon will be insane. Lots of people are really sad when they leave SEA and land in Oz with all it's western ways. But it depends on what you want.

    The best full moon party of the year is the new years party, I would stay in Thailand.
