Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Collective Redundancy

Company I work for are currently working through a collective redundancy and have only offered statutory redundancy payments (which they are entitled to do).

My question is, if one person in the group voluntariy accepts the statutory payment does this stop the rest of the group negotiating with management for an improved redundancy package?

Any advice would be a great help, thanks.
