    Hi,

    I have noticed a new development on Sion Hill road opposite the Goose Tavern pub. It looks like an apartment block. I have been trying to find out about it cant find anything. The development company is Olympia Developments but i cant any information for them either.

    Does anyone have any information on this site??

    You are correct in your assumption that it is an apartment block.
    You can view the planning application here ( Reference 1938/06 ).
    A few modifications have been made to this however for the most part it is accurate.

    Other than this there is not a lot of information available.

    Yea thats the place, it looks like its coming near to completion so i thought they would try sell them as soon as possible!
