Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I use Avast - I like it best of all that I've tried. Definitely prefer it to AVG. I can't remember exactly, but Avast has something that no other free AV has - something to do with rootkits?

Avira user here as well. No link in the thread?!

    Avira - http://www.free-av.com/

If you want POP3 email scanning for the likes of Office Outlook, Outlook Express etc.. you have to upgrade to a pay-for edition (roughly 15-20 euro).

It's not really that power hungry. Maybe a bit more then the lightest ones and a lot lighter then Norton or the other bloaty AVs. Only thing you might want to know is at start up after Avira updates itself it pops up an advertisement. It's not spam or anything and one click gets rid of it until the next update. AFAIK you can get rid of it through some handy work in the registry but it's not a big deal(for me anyway)
