Oat Flour- where can I get it in Dublin

I am looking to get oat flour, have tried 3 health shops with no luck, had all sorts of other flour but no oats. I can buy it online at £10 for 5kg from the UK, but organic rolled porridge oats are cheaper than that here per kilo, and I would have thought flour would be even cheaper again. Currently I am liquidising up dry…
