    Is it just me or did anyone else enjoy the leaving cert more then any other school year?not the learning off and stuff just the craic was way better!

    So there I was, sitting in biology listening to the teacher drone on about the nervous system when I start feeling dizzy and faint.. Teacher tells me I look terrible (gee, thanks for the compliment there miss) and tells me to go home..

    So here I am sitting at home on boards mobile..

    Great start to 6th year eh? :P

    it really does 6th yr is the best year by far...the teachers treat you with a lot more respect too and dont flip out over lack of homework etc

    Gents, Ladies bit of a question that I dont feel like starting a thread for:

    So we were in maths today and the teacher mentioned that if you fail maths you fail the LC. I always thought that this was some urban myth no?

    No such thing as failing the LC anymore.

    You just will have incredibly limited options for next year.

    PS, try to pass maths please, it's quite a good idea.

    The first day shouldnt be too bad cos they prob wont have the timetables ready till monday.. Its just the rest of the year that be not good! lol

    Haha yea...cos last year they only give us day to day timetables to start with but hopefully with us being 6th years they might hurry things up...if were extremely lucky we might have our permanent timetables on wed but i be very surprised if they do. And then we have our year head telling us how important 6th year is etc...As if we dont know lol
