    Hi I am looking for some advice. I am looking to tone up the back of my arms and the inside of my upper thighs.
    Could anyone recommend some female exercises?!!

    Firstly, you cant spot reduce bodyfat. You must lose body fat overall.

    "Toning" is a mixture of low body fat and lean muscle.

    what routine are you doing at the moment?

    are you using a gym?
