    Does anyone have an idea of holidays/breaks during the college year or any links where I can find same?

    5 weeks off at christmas after the exams and into January.

    There is also a short break around Easter plus you have whatever bank holidays that fall during the year.

    1 'study' week
    exams for ~ 2 weeks.

    repeat for semester 2.

    holidays should be on the above link; click the right year tho!

    Don't forget the two days (off) for the open days!!! Very handy to go visit friends in other colleges!!

    God, those Christmas holidays are unreal! Not back until January 25th! Class!

    RE the open days. How do they pick people to stay for it? Is it a thing you volunteer for or is it just "you, stay back for the open days!" because I don't want to have to stay for them!
