Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Dunno if we're going 4-5-1 with Arshavin just behind RVP or 4-3-3 with a front three of

    Arshavin----RVP----Eboue

    odd-ish decision either way

Prediction: Nani to drift in and hit power shots way to often.

Interesting. No Berbatov - does this mean he's going to run off to Man City?

No It means Fergie has had a row with him.

Interesting team selection, good to see carrick back. Johnny Evans injury must have worsened.

Wish Berbs was starting :( Oh Well. Hopefully Antonio & Nani will be a good threat up front

Slightly surprsing selections on both sides tbh. Both managers afraid to lose?

iv gone for nani to score anytime ;)

    Eboue to score a hat-rick :D
    C'mon The Gunners :P

Looks awfull defensive for United. I hope i'm wrong.

I'm shocked Berba didn't start with Rooney up front. Very negative decision.

    Berba not starting = outrage.

I dont. They look amazing as a partnership.

All of them to go wide :pac:

I can see this match having a lot of goals.
    Come on Arsenal!

on the plus side, at least Nani is starting over Park.

Suprised at uniteds line up tbh, very strong bench though.

Who is united's peno taker today?

    Any decent streams for this?

Assuming Carrick has been stripped of the duties, I would guess Giggs or Nani.

    Offensively - a MASSIVE yes.

Park is rubbish in the final third imo.

With Ronaldo gone, there is less of a need for Park imo. with 3 central midfielders there is also less of a need for Park.

Nani isn't great defensively, but its not like having Ronaldo there - Nani does track back and do the defensive work, a lot more than Ronaldo anyway.

Shutup Jamie you tard, nobody said Everton away was an easy game before Arsenal put 6 past them.

I was thinking maybe Giggs myself, just looking for value on the betting market!

Both sides look like they will pack the midfield given both only have one striker playing. 0-0 the most likely result unless one side manages to knick one. Really would be shocked if there were a lot of goals in this.

V.Disappointed with both teams tbh was expecting a goal fest

Gut feeling says 2-1 United. People have been overestimating Arsenal as of late. The defence didn't look amazing against either Pompy or Everton, plenty of chances conceded, just not many goals.
