Will My Maestro card work in Aus.

:confused: Really confused here, i have a maestro laser card, on the back i have only got the Link symbol nothing else, i rang AIB and they said i would be able to use it abroad but it says on the LINK website i wont be able to unless i also have a cirrcus or plus symbol as well, im really confused as to whether it will…

costs me 2 or 3 euro a pop to use the ATM with my AIB card.

My AIB card has just the LINK symbol on it, and it works fine in ATM's here
