Looking for new phone mainly for internet

My brother is looking for a new phone.
Main thing as title says is he wants to be able to use the internet so needs to be one with a decent screen and with browser that makes things look reasonable. Do phones have unrestricted net access btw. I assume they do but don't know off hand?

He is on three and prefer to stay with them but would move network if phone is good enough. He would also prefer prepay but would be willing to go on the bill.

Any tips, thanks for advice in advance.

e71 on 3 you won't find a better phone for the internet, that statement includes the iphone..

sony satio might also be on the way, it looks like a very cool phone...

I have to agree with Drunkmonkey. E71 is a fantastic all round phone which is extremly fast on the internet.

Not heard anything. Nokia 6700, n97 should be in this week and n86 in a couple of weeks. I have heard the satio is in testing but it's only in the early stages. If I hear anymore I'll PM you.
