Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    lots of people involved there.

Helicopter hire seems very cheap: $700 for 4hours (does that include landing/take off time? or is it only Irish Helicopter Companies that charge this)

I was charged €1000 for an hour in the air (20mins landing and 20mins take off time not included...but charged for anyway)

I would imagine though that its a lot more common over there then here, hence cheaper.

Meh, it's less than €150,000 for a full advertising campaign, that's obviously across a whole country - And providing full rights for the fully processed images to be used. Bear in mind half of that is down to expenses, and while he's counting the $$$ on the 1D's to be quite high, he's not charging for the 4x5's ;)

He's still pulling a fair bit - Fair dues to him!

Should we tell him that you can buy add-on bundles for your mobile so that each phone call doesn't cost him $100?

I think its $700 for 4 hours and 4 of them (helicopters) which makes $2800

Would love to see the final results and what that sort of money produces

Would be funny if they ended up with something like this.
