Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have cooked with an induction hob, the hob itself does not get hot, it uses a high frequency electromagnetic field, and this field heats up the magnetic field of the cooking pot (you must use only special induction hob pots and pans). So the actual hob never gets hot to touch, only when it comes in contact with an inductive pot.
So it would be fine to place your cutlery drawer underneath your hob.

Are induction hob pots and pans expensive

Any pot that a magnet will stick to the bottom of will work on an induction hob - so you can spend as little or as much as you want.
