02 webtext log in problems?

    I have 3 o2 accounts.
    All of them said incorrect password and then they were blocked for trying too many times.

    Anyone else have this problem?

    Now I have to contact customer services. pain in the hole.

    I'm getting the exact same issues on 2 numbers - one prepay and one bill.

    No probs at the moment, but had a look on the o2 forum to see if it was planned downtime but it wasnt. Found this though :http://forums.o2online.ie/forums/showthread.php?t=5661
    If it was the cache that was the problem it's because it's trying to compare the version of the website stored on your computer and the updated version on the we. It's just a known glitch. It's good to periodically clear your cache anyway to avoid problems and for security purposes. It can also be cookie problems too. Same applies clearing your cache fixes the problem usually
