does anyone know where i could volunteer. im starting an animal health care course soon and would like to volunteer in a animal shelter every friday... anyone have any sugestions

Ashtown Pound is out northside I think, you could contact the ISPCA link there and see what they give you as options

Ashton pound is in, well, Ashtown. Especially at weekends, they need people to walk the dogs because they are only open from 10 - 12 and the staff can't get around to it. There's usually plenty of people there, you can take out whatever dogs you want, the dogs love it and you'll get a good bit of exercise. Win - win!
