Was in Charleroi last year, it's just one medium size shop with everything thrown in. No make up concessions like you'd find in bigger airports, just stuff on shelves. I remember Lancome, not sure of any other high end brands. Good fragrance section however. But yeah, the duty free is nothing fancy, don't get your hopes up!

Charleroi airport is quite small, and as mentioned, there are no great deals to be had on fragrances or make up. Even the hokey stuff like chocolate is expensive.

Traveling within the EU there is NO 'duty free'

There's nothing in Charleroi worth speaking of other than a few cosmetics. If you are in Brussels (Charleroi is about an hour away by public transport) then check out the high-end shops along Boulevard Waterloo and Avenue Louise. I lived just around the corner last year and loved checking out the windows on a regular basis.

As others have mentioned, the Brussels airport is very small, it is like Busarus! If you want to know what shops are in Dublin airport, www.airportshopping.ie is your friend.

    Have a great trip!
