Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My "friend" thinkins that a certain player of his side is better than one of mine. Just so there's no bias to me on this... I'm not going to say who this other person is... *cough* Mac Masters *cough* would insert his name here, but he was being a bitch.

He's admitted my player is better now after threatening to delete what I write...

    "Stop Please!"

    Anyway, ultimate question time!!!!11!

    Who is better....

Michael Carrick or the mighty Denilson [of Arsenal]

Carrick, by a mile, Denilson is still raw potential...

Denilson is quite good, and at 21 has shown a lot of potential, and could possibly be a top class midfielder in the future, tbf, though Carrick is obviously better.

Denilson has been better so far this season.

Not going to get a right answer here, too many united fans on boards :P.

On the basis of what I've seen so far this season Dennilson is having a much better season than Carrick, so if I was picked a team tomorrow and had to choose between the two I would go for Denilson.

I think the poll here might be affected by the relative number of Utd fans compared to Arsenal fans.

There's also the fact that Dennilson is only 21 compared to Carrick who is 28 so given they are at such different stages of their career it's hard to compare.

From what I've seen so far this season I would have to pick Denilson. He has added being a goal threat to his game and his goal against Everton was a peach.

I'm talking about the now, not the future.

Denílson's having a better season so far but as the season goes on I think Carrick will hit some sort of decent form, and if there both on form it's Carrick any day.

To be honest i think the United v Arsenal match thread highlighted the abundance of anti United fans around here.

    carrick.

    not even close yet.

a couple of good games does not a great player make.

although carrick can be ineffectual, he very rarely makes a bad mistake. denilson is forever giving the ball away.

give it a couple of years and it might be a better contest.
