    What I wouldn't like about it is that I've occasionally seen an old post of mine and thought "God, did I actually think that?" "was I that much of a tool?"

    If the other half saw stuff you couldn't really deny it even if you no longer thoguht that way.

    Also you'd totally get caught out on white lies if they did a post search.

    There's other stuff I'd say here but I think my ex is using boards now....

    My OH is a boardsie, only found out when we were together a while. He only posts in the DJing forum though. I don't think he "gets" AH!

    It would never work, because it's like we already know each other for years, meaning that it would feel jaded from the start. That has been my experience with respect to internet dates.

    I never really thought about it, just presumed you were a woman because you seem to put a lot of thought and effort into your posts (not that men don't do this or can't) and you're just a fountain of knowledge on the love front in a really nice way whereas stereotypically, men aren't!
