Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Gamesenders.ie how long for games to arrive?

    Hi, i joined gamesenders.ie last week and ordered my first game and got a message on monday telling me its been sent out and it should arrive in 2 days and if it takes any more than four days to contact them. Its been 7 days and ive contacted them but they arent replying...what am i supposed to do? has anyones games ever taken this long?

    I've been with them over a year on the two game package and was very happy with their service. Turnaround time was usually two days at max. But in last two weeks something seems to have happened. A game I returned over a week ago has not yet arrived and a game they sent me has not arrived after five days. I am also waiting for a reply to an email I sent.

    Maybe its An Post messing things up - I will give it another week to be sorted or I will reluctantly end my subscription.

    I tried their trial. They sent me out a game which didn't work so I cancelled, the time I was with them my queue never got updated and the turnaround time was about 4 working days for them to get the broken game to me.

    Odd. Never had problems with them myself. Turnaround time has usually been about 3-4 days on average for a game to get back to them and then the new one back out to me.

    An Post have faffed up the odd time, but I doubt it's GameSenders fault.

    PS: Probably better suited in the general consoles forum

    I've been using it for nearly a year now but in the last 2 to 3 months, the service has been poor. I've changed from the 25e package to to 15e one. My last game was received nearly 3 weeks ago and my next one was posted today, despite m queue being populated with about 15 games. I'm going to stick with them, as service and comms have been good but I do hope the turnaround time picks up.
