Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Wireless connection

I have my main laptop working wireless no problems.
I cannot however, connect another laptop to the wireless network.
    It just keeps saying:
'No wireless connections found in range'
I have refreshed the network list and still nothing.
My ISP is eircom and I have rang them and he seems to think the wireless on the laptop is turned off?
I tried to repair the connection and it came up enabling wireless, them connecting to available wireless connection, but then nothing.
I had it working for one day last week and then it just wouldn't connect, after that?
I am at my wits end as there is rows over who has the laptop that can connect to the internet.
It is an acer aspire 3000, running windows xp.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The router you want to connect to should have "Enable Closed System Mode" unticked, otherwise it's invisible to other computers.

Can the second laptop connect to other wireless networks?
