I was considering the 37PFL7404H or the 37PFL8404H - Which one is best ?

Please advise on price and availability for each.

I assume free delivery to Dublin 13 and I can order via an email with my Credit Card details.

Was in the Philips shop last week and saw the 32pfl9604... *drool*
Am now trying to convince myself that I should buy a lesser but slightly larger TV for less money! Any suggestions on the next best thing?

Otherwise, could you give me a quote for the 32pfl9604 and also the 37pfl9604 which I think is really out of my price range, but one can wish. Have you any ideas what the prices for these are in RicherSounds Belfast? (Do they stock them / can get them)? (I'm from up north)

Is there any discount available for RS Belfast? Do you know if they do the 5 year warranty that Philips is offering or does this cost extra?

(I may want to buy a Humax Foxsat HDR from RS too if they have them and the price is right :-) )

The 32PFL9613D has been phased out quite some time ago and has been replaced with the 32PFL9604H
Run your over the spec's in the link below.

It basically builds on the spec of the out going 9613 and has an improved contrast ratio, better black level and now allows you to access the internet wirelessly via NET TV.
Now has 5 HDMI inputs as well - the more the better!
It also now has the MPEG4 tuner on board.

This TV has been well reviewed and is part of the very spectactular 9 series range.

On Friday morning my Phillips 37PFL9604H LCD TV arrived (as promised by Nicola of the Phillips Shop Dame Street) following a phone call from the van driver to my mobile confirming my location.

I had just got my TV unpacked and in position at noon when the man from FREESAT.IE arrived.He installed on the side of my house an Aerial for the 4 Irish Stations & a Dish for the FREE to Air Satellite stations.I went with the HD option and the satellite installation cost 448 EURO. We turned on the TV and the set up was simple and completed in minutes.

The Phillips 37PFL9604H was purchased with my Boards discount and the picture quality & sound are awesome.After suffering for years with poor picture quality from NTL/UPC I am sorry I did not change over sooner.
The LCD TV & Satellite system was sourced having reviewed the relevant threads & information on Boards.
Isn’t this what Boards is all about !!!

I'm in the market for a 2nd TV; 32", doesnt have to be Full HD as its only going onto a non-HD NTL box.
I found this thread because I'll want a warranty. I'll wall-mount it a bracket would be handy too. The 32PFL5404H looks like it should fit the bill but similar is fine too.

I can pick up in Dublin.

Is this Philips deal still the best you have on offer ?
