Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Fairly awkward interview, Damien comes across as very very shy in any interview I've ever seen so this wasn't a huge shock.

    Agree that some of the questions were cringe-worthy and shouldn't have been asked, some questions were fairly similar as well.

    Everything that I think Darragh already outlined in his OP basically.

    Perhaps next time something similar happens, Poll questions beforehand, or top 10 thanked questions get asked.

    Less questions, better questions
