core temps on e8400 anad vcore ???

hi all iv just oc my e8400 to 4ghz on a asus p5kdeluxe and ocz reaper 4gb cpu cooler ultra 120 with fan my temps seem fine iddle 35 39 what should my vcore be at http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=684450 and is my ram ok its pc 8500 but showing up on cpuz as pc6400 now
