Pop settings for tocco

Hey all. I'm trying to set up my tocco (f480) to send/receive mail (via windows live). I used to have the settings until the phone was sent away and came back blank. Unfortunatly I cannot for the love of it remember the settings. So quick google and entered them in. I'm getting a 'no response' error. settings as follows…

Hey all.
I'm trying to set up my tocco (f480) to send/receive mail (via windows live).
I used to have the settings until the phone was sent away and came back blank. Unfortunatly I cannot for the love of it remember the settings.

So quick google and entered them in. I'm getting a 'no response' error.

settings as follows
smtp server: smtp.live.com [port 587]
secure connection: ssl
pop3 server: pop3.live.com [port 995]
secure connection: ssl
address: (email address)
user name (full email address)
password: xxxx
"use smtp authenication"
username: as above
password: as above

I tried port 25 for the smtp server and I'm on meteor data which works fine for browsing.
I'm not sure where i'm going wrong so I appreciate any help.
