try gametracker to find cheap games. you can select your country on the left handside and it will factor in delivery charges.

I am a little confused
when or how do you got the 10euro gift card
I mean if you buy the game for 45euro would they not give you the giftcard after the sale is made and not before

I think he means you pay €45 for the game.. but you can get €10 off a further purchase in the store.

I used to let people do that in the place I worked....

Would say it is on a staff member basis whether or not they would dlet you use the vouncher on the same purchase.
