I use a HORI Real Arcade Pro which is awesome and will be replaced by a HRAP 3 when it finally kicks the bucket.

    It'll never kick the bucket!

Anyway I also use a HORI Real Arcade Pro, or a HRAP as the cool kids call it.

360 pad atm, trying to get used to the analogue, I'm finding that the dpad does somethings better than it though so I'm forced to alternate between them which isnt exactly optimal, having two action buttons on the left side is another horrible thing, its due for an upgrade very shortly

Awesome sticks Kiki! I'm on the old SE stick myself, it's perdy, and doesn't mind being bashed off my leg when I fail horribly!

Oh and Sagat06 I sent a friends request to both your Xbox Live and GFLW accounts, when ever your up for a game let us know. I have the PC version but I can communicate with users logged into Xbox Live from GFLW.

I use a TE Stick. Great weight, fits on the lap nicely and the buttons are nice and responsive. Also very easy for beginners to modify it.

Nice one on the mod animax... did you do it yourself??

I've been threatening for ages to mod my ex2 but everywhere says its a complete nightmare!

Yeah, did it myself with a little help from my brother. It's a messy job since it was never designed to be modded. However, if you have a bit of experience it can be done. It was definitely worth it in my case because one of the buttons died and I was forced into it.

If you are gonna go ahead with it, drop me a pm and I'll give you a few pointers.

Yeah I have most of the bits but it's the soldering on the pcb is my achilles heel!

Chubby fingers X small soldering points = fail

You know you don't need to solder the four buttons to the right. There is a solderless method for those (I had never seen it done before but I managed to do it myself). For the first two buttons you would need to solder.

That looks awful, Marvel players almost universally prefer Happ/iL buttons and bat top sticks. I know loads of Marvel players who have had trouble playing the rerelease on their TEs since the buttons are far too sensitive etc.

    Japanese players use Sanwa though.
They might not beat Jwong consistently, but then -- who does?

For my gaming needs, I use Madcatz! Madcatz Tournament Edition fight stick gives me the edge I need to beat everyone! Dapoken!!!*

Learning to use a stick means I'm not half the player I once was, but is a great challenge! Didn't do much modding, just swapped in an octogate.
