One of our flatmates has ditched us and left us in an awkward situation so we are looking for someone to take his place ASAP.

The apartment itself has 3 bedrooms, bath and shower, cable TV, wireless broadband, washing machine, dishwasher etc. It is very modern and clean.
It is situated (literally) a 5 minute walk from DIT Aungier Street, which makes it very handy for rolling out of bed at ten to nine!

You will be sharing with 1 male student. He is tidy, not smelly, not a gimp and he also goes home at the weekends. Rent is very reasonable, PM me for the price p/m.

Candidate will be clean, easy going, open minded, preferably with an interest in music.
