    Hi,

    Just started in a new job. The above returns are way behind. Accountant who was leaving was trying to show me how to do the returns on Ros (offline) as I have never done them before.

    Somehow the form on the site wasnt working properly. We did the log in fine, chose Intrastat as the form, entered all our PSI details and then asked for a 'new line'. BUT The drop down boxes for country of origin & destination had no choices in them. We were able to chose the type of freight, weight etc- but the form wouldnt save- errors o page- because of the missing items (first three on page)

    Anyone know how this works- what the problem is? Returns havenet been done since mid last year, so we were wondering if the process has changed since start 2009? Any help appreciated!
