Ladies kickboxing classes will be starting again in the Waterford Kickboxing Ass (Billy O'Sullivan's gym) on Wed the 16th Sept at 6.30pm-7.30pm. Class will be instructed by 1st degree black belt Aisling Alward. For more information Pm me or mail the club at Waterford.ka@gmail.com
