What's with the squad numbers?

    We have no number 4 or 11, with the window now shut. I assumed Kranjcar would take one or the other, but no, he's 21. Mind you, Hutton (2) Bale (3) Pav (9), and Bentley (5) all can't get their game, so mabe at spurs it's better to have a number over 11- the first names on the teamsheet are King (26) Modric (14) Defoe (18) Palacios (12).
    In fact the first choice team may well only have Gomes and Lennon in the 1-11 bracket.
    By the way, I know this is sad, but this is the nonsense that wanders through the mind now the window is shut and there's not game at the weekend. I will adjust to inter-window non-rumour no ITK tripe again soon.
    On the other hand, there's only 17 weeeks to the next window...

    i think its good that king has kept 26 every year. if you spend the extra few quid on getting his name and number one season its good to now he wont be changin in the summer
